Advanced Manufacturing

The machinery behind every unit we build — and why your kitchen is cut from a program rather than a pencil line.

We do not outsource the making. Panels are cut, edged, drilled and assembled in our own workshop in Duncanville, on our own machinery, by the same people who measured your kitchen.

The footage on this page is our workshop — not stock video of somebody else's factory.

The CNC machining centre

Drilled to the drawing, not to a tape measure

Every hinge hole, shelf hole and groove is put in by the CNC, working from the same approved drawing you signed off at the 3D stage. The machine reads a program written for that specific panel — its size, and the position of every hole and groove in it.

That is the difference between a unit that is measured and marked by hand and one that is machined. The holes land in the same place on the first panel and the hundredth, so doors hang straight, shelves sit level, and a replacement part years later still fits.

  • Hinge and shelf holes drilled in one pass, both sides of the panel.
  • Grooves machined for the panels that slot into them.
  • Dust drawn off at the head, so the cut stays clean and the shop stays workable.
  • Held flat on the bed while it works, so nothing shifts mid-program.

Inside the workshop

One floor, one team, one accountable job

Boards come in whole and leave as finished units. In between they are cut to size, edged to 0.4, 1 or 2 mm, drilled on the CNC and assembled — all on the same floor, by the same team.

Nothing is sent out to a third party and back. If something is not right, there is one workshop to answer for it, and it is ours.

What it means for your kitchen

Why we machine instead of mark out

Repeatable

A run of twelve identical cupboards is twelve identical cupboards, not twelve near-misses.

Square

Panels are drilled off a datum, so carcasses pull up square instead of being persuaded square.

Traceable

Your kitchen exists as a program and a drawing, so a panel can be remade to match years later.
